Enjoy a 55 or 85 min full body stretch customized for you. Unlike traditional stretching, FST works with the body’s fascial net system. Structurally, the fascia system suspends, supports, and enables all anatomical movement from skin to cells and everything in between. Fascia can become restricted by immobility, injury, lifestyle, surgery, and even trauma & emotions. It can become compressed, shortened, and space diminishes within joints and the entire body. This can create pinched nerves, misaligned bones, and other ailments which lead to pain and reduced function.

Learn how to properly roll your body from head to toe with various equipment including a foam roller, tennis ball, and golf ball. You are an active participant as Shannon teaches you how to find adhesions within the soft tissue, restore your muscular health, and move with greater ease. Learn how to manage your aches and pains on your own. Body rolling is an essential technique in preventing injuries. You’ll feel the difference immediately.
Experience healing through the Quantum Field. If you've dealt with health or emotional issues that aren't healing within their expected time frame perhaps there is a more deeply rooted cause. You are an active participant in identifying blockages in your body and life. Past traumas, chronic stress (even low-grade), and shallow breathing can create physical symptoms in the body. This method is great for tackling chronic pain and reducing anxiety and depression. Clients report elimination or greatly reduced pain, mental clarity, improved sleep, inner calmness & more. Sessions are 45-60 minutes and can be done in person or remotely. Homework will often be given to help maintain the progress achieved during the session.
Craniosacral Therapy uses gentle touch to evaluate & enhance the functioning of the Central Nervous System, which affects the entire body. The craniosacral system includes the brain, spinal cord, cerebrospinal fluid, cranial bones, and sacrum. Stress, trauma, and even certain postures can create changes in the system which can create imbalances in the body. CST works in partnership with the client's body and its innate healing wisdom by encouraging the body to find its path to self-correction. Recalibrate your central nervous system with this gentle hands on technique. Sessions are 55 minutes and clients are fully clothed. CST can be an effective complementary therapy for a wide variety of medical problems.
Reiki works to release energetic blockages within your body that contribute to physical ailments, mental imbalances, and emotional traumas. A session can feel like a wonderful glowing radiance that flows through and around you, creating deep relaxation that heightens your spiritual connection and intuition. Allow Reiki to unblock stuck energy and restore balance to your energy field. This is truly wellness from the inside out. Crystal chakra balancing & Tuning Fork Sound Therapy may be incorporated. Reiki can be done in person or remotely. Sessions are 25 or 55 minutes and are fully clothed.
