Adult Program
The HDA adult program offers classes for adults who wish to enjoy the benefits of dance training. Dance training promotes strength, flexibility, memory skills, physical fitness, and body awareness.  You’re never too old to bring out your inner dancer!  Classes are limited to adults only.

Thursday - 10:30-11:45
Thursday - 7:30-8:30
Intermediate Ballet
Wednesday - 6:45-7:45
Intermediate Pointe
Wednesday - 7:45-8:30
Beginner Contemporary
Tuesday - 7:30-8:30
Classes include: Beginner Ballet, Beginner Contemporary, Intermediate Ballet, and Pointe

For adult classes, we suggest stretchy and comfortable clothing including leggings, shorts, stretch pants, leotard, tight fitting athletic tops etc. Footwear should match the style of class.
