Adult Program
The HDA adult program offers classes for adults who wish to enjoy the benefits of dance training. Dance training promotes strength, flexibility, memory skills, physical fitness, and body awareness.  You’re never too old to bring out your inner dancer!  Classes are limited to adults only.
Beginner Ballet
Tuesday - 6:45-7:45
Intermediate Ballet
Thursday - 6:45-7:45
Pointe
Thursday - 7:45-8:30
Stretch/Strength
Tuesday - 7:45-8:30
Classes include: Beginner Ballet, Intermediate Ballet, Pointe, and Progressing Ballet Technique

For adult classes, we suggest stretchy and comfortable clothing including leggings, shorts, stretch pants, leotard, tight fitting athletic tops etc. Footwear should match the style of class.
